From the SDK help:

Quote:
E32USER-CBase21
This panic is raised by any operation which accesses an element of an array by explicit reference to an index number, for example, the Delete(), InsertL() and At() member functions or the operator Operator[]. It is caused by specifying an index value which is either negative or is greater than or equal to the number of objects currently within the array.

Well, it's apparently too much for the Messaging app to handle... Try to somehow delete some of them.

Well, I guess it takes to hack the OS in order to be able to access the system folder in which messages are stored, and deleting them manually.

Another way I can think of is doing a backup and trying to modify it on PC, then restore.

Unfortunately, I can't give you any step-by-step guide as I no longer have any UIQ 3 device. Maybe someone else can help?
