Hi

There are a few things my Nokia 6680 stops doing occasionally and the only way to get those things working again is to soft-reset the handset. Does anybody know iif there is a program that will soft-reset the phoine automatically at specific intervals?

Regards

Patrick

If this is a recurring problem, you most likely have to reformat the device as described in How to reformat Series 60 phones using a code.

Thuis is a recurring problem. I have a feeling this is related to some "vital" software I have on there so formatting the phone and reinstalling this software will not help. All I need is some kind of program that is able to do things according to a specified schedule; say once a day for ezample.

Hi

Ok guys; I found this. Does part of what I want. All I need now is to be able to schedule this to run at specific times. Any ideas?

Regards

You didn't have to look for it. It's been available from this site for months, if not years.

OK. My searches in google didn't bring it up nor did my searches here. Maybe I wasn't searching for the right thing... What about a program scheduler; any ideas?

CronTab linked in the above post is for the Psion devices, not for S60 2nd Edition devices.
