<u>Quote from the first post:</u> At present there is no program for offline access of r toodledo. Toddledo is a widely used online task reminder program( www.toodledo.com). There are many programs available for getting offline fuctionality of this program in many other platforms like iphone , android etc. But I could not find any in symbian platforms. From there forums also it is being understood that many symbian lovers are waiting for such a program. Whether such a program is not coming because of any limitation of symbian ?( Recently I bought 5800 express music ). Whether any developers will come up with one?

Thanks in advance

			<title>N97 : switching mails to E: when going out of Mass Storage (1 replies)</title>
			<link>http://my-symbian.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=41317</link>
			<description>

<u>Quote from the first post:</u> Hi !

When I connect my N97 with USB in Mass Storage Mode, E: memory is no longer usable by internal processes. I've set mail storage on E:, so N97 switches this setting onto C: when connecting with USB.
When I unplug USB, mail memory setting is till on C: and doesn't come back to E:

Is it possible to make a short program which
- detects when USB is unpluged (or when E: is coming back)
- ask for setting Mail Memory disk back to E:, and do it if yes.
- may be copies new C: messages to E: disk.

Thanks...

			<title>Open Source PC games ports to Symbian 9.1/9.2 (4 replies)</title>

			<description>

<u>Quote from the first post:</u> Hi everyone,

First of all, mods/admin please move this thread if it doesn't belong here.
As most of you may know, several old computer games that became open source were ported to Symbian OS 9.x S60 3rd Ed.
The ones I know of (and I currently have) are: Doom, Doom II, Quake, Quake II, Duke Nukem 3D, Wolfenstein 3D, Spear of Destiny, Shadow Warrior. All of these with the exception of Quake and Quake II have been ported by AnotherGuest.

Recently, while looking for the original source code for these games, I came upon a list of other games that were released by their companies as Open Source and that I'm pretty sure they could be ported to Symbian.
I'm starting to learn how to develop games and apps, so unfortunately I cannot do the job myself.

I'm posting below the links I found to get these sources. If anyone is interested and has the knowlegde (maybe AnotherGuest himself? :roll: ) please let us know.
I'm definitely willing to donate as I did for C2Doom (although keep in mi...
